Areas of Responsibility

v     Assist in multi-level all hazards emergency response planning for Vigo County and District 7, including development of Health Department standard operating procedures for Mass Prophylaxis Clinics and receiving the Strategic National Stockpile.

v     Maintain and develop relationships with other emergency response agencies throughout Vigo County and District 7.

v     Develop an inventory of supplies and personal protective equipment needed by health department staff to respond to catastrophic events.

v     Assist in training health department staff for emergency preparedness and an all hazards response.
