Kathy Miller serves as the Councilwoman for Council District 3. Councilwoman Miller serves as the Chair of the Budget Adjustments, Transfers, and Appropriations Committee and as a member of the Annual Budget Committee.
Councilwoman Miller is a life-long resident of Vigo County. Kathy is a science and health teacher at Otter Creek Middle School. She graduated from Indiana State University in 1998 with a degree in elementary education.
Kathy resides in Terre Haute with her husband Jack and their two children.
