CHAPTER 105

UNIFIED ZONING ORDINANCE

6 – 105.1      Purpose

To establish uniform zoning regulations throughout the unincorporated areas of Vigo County, Indiana.

6 – 105.2      General Provision

The Board of Commissioners of Vigo County, Indiana hereby adopts the Unified Zoning Ordinance for Vigo County, Indiana, the text of which is hereby fully integrated into the Vigo County Code, Chapter 105.

6 – 105.3      Repealer

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provision of the Unified Zoning Ordinance are hereby repealed.

6 – 105.4      Severability Clause

If any section, provision or part of this ordinance is adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.

6 – 105.5      Effective Date

Passed and adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Vigo County, Indiana, this 2nd day of November, 1996.
