4-WAY STOP AT OREGON CHURCH ROAD & SINGHURST ST.

Purpose
It is the purpose of this Ordinance to facilitate the orderly an safe flow of traffic with a 4-way stop sign at the intersection of Oregon Church Road & Singhurst St. located at the: southeast earner of the southwest quarter of Section 5; the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of Section 5; also the
northeast corner of the northwest quarter oĢ Section 8; the northwest corner of the northeast quarter of section 8, all located in Township 10 North, Range 8 West, in Pierson Township, Vigo County, Indiana.

General Provisions
The Vigo County Commissioners deem it necessary to place a a 4-way stop sign at this intersection to maintain safety in the flow of traffic on the above county roads of Oregon Church Road & Singhurst Street in Pierson Township, Vigo County, Indiana.

Penalties
Violation of this Ordinance is punishable by a fine not exceeding Five. Hundred Dollars (500.00) plus Court Costs, at the discretion of the court.

Repealer
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.

Severability Clause
If any section, provision, or part of this Ordinance is adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole or any section, provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
