AMENDMENT
TO VIGO COUNTY CODE CHAPTER 70
TO
ADD ADDITIONAL AREA TO FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
FOR HONEY CREEK TOWNSHIP, INDIANA
4 – 70A-1
Purpose
An ordinance amending Vigo County Code Chapter 70 to add additional area to the established fire protection district known as the Honey Creek Fire Protection District and located in the County of Vigo, State of Indiana, located at the following area: the Vigo County Industrial Park, more particularly described as follows: an area of approximately 1,478 acres bounded by State Road 41 on the East, Harlan Road on the North, Sullivan Place on the West and Oregon Church Road on the South.

General Provisions
4 – 70A.2-a The Commissioners, pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 36-8-11-1,et. seq., hereby amend Vigo County Code Chapter 70 to add to the Honey Creek Fire Protection District the Vigo County Industrial Park as more particularly described herein.
4 – 70A-2-b The Commissioners hereby incorporate by reference all of those provisions contained within I.C. 36-8-11-1, et seq.
4 – 70A.3 Repealer
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.

Severability Clause
Should any section, paragraph, clause of phrase of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid, the remainder of said Ordinance shall continue in full force and effect.
4 – 70A.5 Effective Date
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage by the Commissioners on September 27th, 1999 and publication.
Passed and adopted by the Vigo County Board of Commissioners on this 27th day of September, 1999.
