CHAPTER 15

TRUSTEES’ HEALTH INSURANCE ORDINANCE

1 – 15.1      Purpose

      This Ordinance shall be known and may be cited as the Vigo County Township Trustees' Health Insurance Ordinance.

1 – 15.2      General Provisions

All Township Trustees serving in Vigo County State of Indiana, may be covered by the health insurance obtained by Vigo County for its employees.  1991.

1 – 15.3      Repealer

      All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.

1 – 15.4      Severability Clause

      If any section, provision or part of this Ordinance is adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not effect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.

1 – 15.5      Effective Date

      Passed and adopted by the Board of Commissioners this 29th day of May, 1990.
