COUNTY BOUNDARY

1 – 2.1      County-Boundary.

The boundaries of Vigo County are as follows:

The boundaries of Vigo County start where the line dividing townships 9 and 10 strikes the Wabash River, go east to the line dividing ranges 7 and 8, then north to the line dividing townships 12 and 13 north, then east to the southeast corner of section 32, township 13, range 7 west, then north to the line dividing townships 13 and 14 north; then west to the state line, then south along the state line to the Wabash River, and then down the river to the starting point.
